14-19-P-A-1...SET OF WACO TAILWHEEL POST BUSHING....Used in nearly every Waco Airplane built, both open cockpit and cabin models....the bronze bushing used at top and bottom of tailwheel post...after many landings these become worn egg shaped and allow the tailwheel to shimmy...they are pressed in to the post holder and made to be replaced...I have several sets of these new-old stock unused bushings available...Waco part number 8101...they come with copy of the original factory blueprint...price per set...$65.

2-35-P-A-1..........US NAVAL AIRCRAFT RED AND GREEN NAV. LIGHTS....Marked NAF, these Grimes nav. lights measure 5" long at the base, and 2" wide....gray metal (aluminum?) base attaches to aircraft via 3 screws......I think these are new old stock, but are missing bulbs, bulb bases and part of the base attachment......glass is not scratched or damaged ........good for spare parts or display.....$40 for the set
3-44-P-A-1........ VICKERS MACHINE GUN CHARGE HANDLE .......... Handle and valve used to remotely charge macineguns via air pressure.......something you had to do in a airplane when you couldn't climb out on the wing to clear your gun in-flight!.......heavy aluminum housing with Vickers data plate and strangley a US Navy Anchor acceptance stamp........what did this go in?? Your guess is as good as mine, but its in working condition (handle moves the valve) and appears useable........ measures over 10" long and weighs a couple pounds.......quite unique item......$49

4-24-P-A-1.............WWII U.S.A.A.F. RUNWAY OBSTRUCTION LIGHT..........Light denoted hills, trees, antennas, or any other obstruction at the end of the runway that might be a problem for night take-off or landing.....definently NOT something the pilot wants to see up close on takeoff!!.....its about 6.5" tall and 5" across, with a metal body and red glass lense....still has bulb and reflector in it... and has about 3' of cord with a weird looking end connector....looks to be new old stock.....maybe you could rig it up as a nightlight?.....only $27
5-32-P-A-1..........STAIN GLASS BIPLANE ........Somebody went to a lot of trouble in making this pretty 'lil sky-blue (get it?) glass biplane..........made of real glass with soldered brass wires and multi-colered glass props and wooden wheels.........wingspan measures 9" ...no markings, I suspect this was made by an individual not a company as it looks like it was a big job.......... excellent condition..........$15

***Since this is glass, make sure you insure it!***

7-16-P-A-1........... VHF COM. RADIO HEAD.......... Marked on metal data plate affixed to case is 'Control Unit C-88A, Aircraft Radio Corp, New Jersey'.......this is the part of the radio that was mounted in the instrument panel for the flight crew...........likely mounted in a transport or possible military airplane......stands a little over 2" tall, 6" wide and 5' deep.....this is the communication freq. band, and I am estimating circa 1950's..........looks in good conditiion, but who knows if it works?.......only.....$19.50

8-13-P-A-1........ TYPE D-1 PITOT TUBE HEATED .......Circa WWII, this impressive pitot tube has standard AN fitting flared attachments for pitot/static and wired with heating element (24 Volt)..........tube measures just over 9" long with flush screw attachments at rear of case.......test decal still attached......marked Part Number 126-108, made by Manning Bowman Company in Meriden Conneticut good used condition, not recently tested.........$75
10-54-P-A-1.........PIPER SUPER CUB CABIN BUTT RIB/GAS GAUGE .....I'm not a Piper expert, but I think this is for a PA-18 Super Cub.....it goes in the cabin at the root-end of the wing rib, and has provision for the gas gauge showing for both level flight and three point......in new old stock condition, appears unused, although it does have some handling scratches in the paint from sitting on a shelf for the last 30 years...35 and 1/2" long.......$20
