2-6-I-N-10......... LINK TRAINER THACOMETER .... Here is a rather obscure instrument, it is a pneumatically powered tachometer designed exclusively for use on ground trainers (LINK TRAINER) only........has two fittings at rear of case for air supply.........standard 3 and 1/8" diameter case Kollsman with red metal plate attached warning for 'for use on ground'.........glass is cracked (hmm wonder if a student pilot lost his temper!!) instrument in good shape..........$40


3-46-I-N-10.........LOCKHEED P2V-2 NEPTUNE WATER QUANTITY GAUGE.........Used onboard the mighty twin engined US Navy patrol bomber, this gauge indicated how much water was onboard for the injection system to feed the huge Wright R-3350 radial engines .....water was used for takeoff at high manifold press. settings to preclude detonation.....2 and 1/4" gauge appears new old stock, with data plate and USN Anchor stamp on rear of case..............$39
4-45-I-N-10.....NAVY FLYING BOAT COMPASS, 1930-40's...Used by the USN BuAero in several of their flying boats, amphibs and even in N3Ns & N2Ss...handsome 'fishbowl' type compass mfg by Bendix Aviation specification type MK VIII...about three and half inch dia. circular glass with large compass card marked with every (360) degree...floating in clear, (well, maybe a little dark with age) compass fluid...BuAero spec plate on top of case...compass card a little 'off kilter' requiring repair before you head off on your Atlantic crossing.....set one in your aero bookcase & wow your flyin' buddies...SOLD

5-48-I-N-10.....CESSNA UC-78 FUEL GAUGE... ... This is out of the twin engined Cessna T-50/UC-78 Bamboo Bomber (so named due to its mostly wood construction)....the UC-78 trained virtually all crews that went on to pilot multi-engine aircraft of the USAAF during WWII......3 1/8" diameter dual tank reading...very good condition, and may still work, although I don't have a UC-78 nearby to test it on.........SOLD
6-22-I-N-10.....ELEVATOR TRIM INSTRUMENT...This is a "mystery" instrument from Lord knows what kind of big old aircraft that had five degrees down and 20 degrees up trim on its elevators....and this 3 1/8" diameter pilots panel guage gave that info...never have seen another one like it....yours for...$30

7-47-I-N-10......CANADIAN WWII RATE OF CLIMB ......Canadian Aircraft Instruments brand(ACA) std. 3 and 1/8" diameter 0-4000 FPM rate of climb......still in good working condition, but the face is pretty faded and the glass has some splitting, and the whole thing could use a good cleaning.....I think this looks a little better in person than my photos do..... probably out of an Avro Anson or the likes.......$35
8-30-I-N-10......KOLLSMAN US NAVY ALTIMETER...... Fine non working Kollsman altimeter marked US NAVY on face.....built by renowned "Square D Company" for Kollsman.......has data tag on back with contract ##'s.......standard 3 and 1/8" diameter, pressure setting window rotates with knob, but altimeter hands do not...glass and case are in very good condition..... makes a fine display or "panel filler"......WWII era.........$35

9-47-I-N-10...... WWII WESTON MODEL 606 AMPS GAUGE ......Std. 2 and 1/4" diam. instrument ghosty marked on face 'Bu Aero Type C-120'.reverse has yellow inked US Navy Anchor stamp......appears in new old stock condition...... needle is free, but returns to 120 amps, not zero as it should ......I have noticed a lot of these Weston's will go bad from just sitting on the shelf......$29

10-47-I-N-10.....PIONEER BENDIX RATE OF CLIMB........Here's a nice looking std. diameter 3 and 1/8" Vertical Speed Indicator with both Pioneer and Bendix metal data tags on rar of case.....marked from 0-6000 FPM, this has an excellent condition face and needle finished in attractive green and cream colors as per US Navy specs........installed in a variety of WWII USN aircraft......NAS Pensacola overhaul decal on case......fine working condition.......$100
