Taken from the original delivery box dated 1931, these labels were destined to adorn the sides of fruit crates.........'East West Emperors, Grown & Packed By Paul Dobson, Exeter California'.......Exeter is a small town in the heart of fertile San Joaquuin Valley.........beautiful full color original label shows green USA being overflown by high-wing monoplane (Fokker?)....air minded Exeter area was later home to Tex Rankin flight school.....manf'd by Traung Label Co. of San Francisco Calif.......measures 4" high by 13" long......have a few.....$8 each

Spirit of St Louis Ryan shaped Avon 'Windjammer' (get it??) aftershave bottle......measures almost 8" long....has NX211 civil N number on wing just like Charles Lindbergh's most famous airplane.....I think its glass thats coated with a shiny metallic finish...the the cap is concealed in the tail.....in any event, it looks great and is just the gift that your Lindy enthusiast WON'T be thinking of!........modern & still full of aftershave!......good cond.....SOLD
