Many of us have forgotten Standard Airlines.......These replica embroidered bullion wings are an exact copy of the late 1920's-1930 wings worn by Standard pilots......Standard was purchased by Western Air Express, which in turn was purchased by TWA Airlines, but Western splintered off and survived until the 1980's when Delta purchased them.......wings measure just under 4" across and have light staining (aging?) and look quite authentic, although if they were genuine they'd be worth about 10x as much!..........I have just this one pair for....REPRO....$11.50 |
