| 3-29-A-C-2......REPORT OF THE AVIATION COMMISSION OF NEW YORK, 1920...........Quite a "pro-aviation" report on the current state of aviation in New York......interestingly, in the wake of WWI, this report staunchly supports the adveancement of military might and progress through aviation, many recommentdations are made, from the idea of registering all pilots and aeroplanes in the US, and that all pilots should hild an "Army, or Navy, or Aerial Mail, or International F.A.I. certificate", and that a system of airwrthiness for passenger carrying aircraft be implemented....fascinating reading......6" by 9".....18 pages in very good condition.........$19 |
